We may cancel orders where necessary (e.g., stock issues, safety concerns).

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates.

We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

• damaged items (reported within 24 hours)

• incorrect items

• non‑delivery caused by our error

8. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate delivery details and review allergen information before ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability

FUSS FREE BAKERY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
