Currently we deliver to anywhere within 15 miles/90 minutes within Palmers Green. If you live further than that, let us know and we can work something out! Some cakes can be posted, please get in touch here and we can tell you more.

Once we've made your order, please give us at least 3 days to get it to you. We'll give you an ETA via email. 

We'll send an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect, which should be no longer than a week from the date you've placed an order.

Yes, we're happy to! If you have a café, a catering company or even just want to place a large order for a company function, please get in touch using our contact form. We're fully insured and Serene has a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety qualification, so you can work with us worry-free.

However you want your goodies, just let us know! You can make add your requests in the description box as you place your order. Any questions before ordering, just let us know. 

Yes, we can make some of our treats without butter and/or eggs. Let us know what you'd like using our contact form and we'll let you know if it's possible 😎

You certainly can, just make sure you let us know what you're allergic to! You can get in touch using the contact form below if you have any specific questions.  Please be aware Fuss-Free Bakery's kitchen is not allergy free. Whilst we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. We may let you know we can't fulfil your order if you have serious allergies - we just want to keep you safe!  We've included a list of allergens on each product page so you know what to expect for the standard version of each treat.
