Gifting
Yes - write your message in the “Anything we should know?” box on the "Cart" page. We'll handwrite your Loaf Letter and send it straight to them.
Then click “Checkout”, and on the next page enter their address as the delivery address.
Royal Mail should leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour when possible.

Allergens & Ingredients
Absolutely. Most of our products can be customised, just reach out using the contact form.
Yes - all products contain gluten and eggs unless otherwise stated.
Full allergen information is listed on each product page.
None of our bakes contain nuts as standard.
However, our kitchen does handle nuts, so while we take every precaution to avoid cross‑contamination, we can’t guarantee a completely nut‑free environment.
While they're not on our main menu, we do offer vegan versions of some bakes.

Storage & Shelf Life
Buttercream-filled loaves stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
All other bakes stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
Leave all buttercream-filled loaves at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, until the filling and sponge have started to soften.
All other bakes can be eaten immediately.
Yes, all of our bakes freeze beautifully for up to three months.
Wrap the bake tightly in clingfilm, then wrap it again in foil.
Place the double‑wrapped bake into a freezer bag before popping it straight into the freezer.
Top tip: portion your bake before freezing - otherwise it’s far too tempting to defrost the whole thing and eat it in one go. We're speaking from experience!
Remove the bake from the freezer bag, then leave it on the counter overnight.
The condensation will collect on the foil (not the cake), keeping the bake perfectly protected.
Once fully thawed, it’s ready to enjoy.

Contact us with a photo within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
