About Loaf Letter

To new friends and old,

 

I’m Serene, and make loaf cakes that make people go ‘mmm’, not ‘hmm?’.

These days, cakes seem to be looks over love, fuss over flavour. So I’m taking things back to basics with the humble loaf cake: classic flavours, quality ingredients, and bakes that are genuinely delicious down to the last crumb.

 

Baking has always been a family thing for me - everyone with their job on the production line, having a great time making treats, and an even better time eating them together. My favourite part, even now, is everyone’s reaction to the first bite. The pause, the nod, the collective mmm. And that’s really why Loaf Letter exists, to bring people together. Whether it’s to celebrate the little wins, bring comfort during those lows or to offer a moment to pause.

 

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I’d like to think the same about my cakes. Much can be said about a cake sent by Loaf Letter:
